Senior UX Designer - Experience as a UX / UI Designer in designing applications for business, preferably in an agile, multidisciplinary environment
- Focus on creating solutions that meet both user needs and business goals
- Understand the product lifecycle with an emphasis on user flows, UI patterns and complex interactions, wireframes and prototypes
- Details oriented
- Passion in design and technological trends
- Orientation on both independent and team work (including with stakeholders, Project Managers, Designers and Developers).
- Great communication skills
- Fluent communication in English Your tasks We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join the global UX team. We are looking for candidates with strong UX skills and experience in designing software for business. The implemented projects are directed mainly to the international medical market. What we expect - Creating intuitive projects that promote the usability and optimize the UX of our client's products (user flow, UI patterns, wireframes, prototypes),
- Close collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Working with Lean Design while effectively exploring design concepts and verifying design alternatives
- Contribute to the design system by contributing to further system development, initiating new components, etc.
